Borlotti beans baked with carrot, tomato, parsley

Sebzeli Köfte in tomato and red pepper sauce – Savoury lentil and mushroom balls in a rich roasted tomato and red pepper sauce

Kabakli As – a pilaf of bulgur (or quinoa if G/F) with courgette, onion and fresh tomato

Salads:

Fasülye Payazi – a nourishing salad of white beans, onion, tomatoes, olives, leaves and red pepper flakes

Radish, spring onion, cucumber, carrot and walnuts in a garlic-lemon tahini dressing – contains sesame

 

Dips:

Turkish hummus – with cumin – contains sesame

Acil Ezme – tomato, red pepper and chilli

 

All selections are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Aluminium foil is recyclable, all other packaging is made from plants not plastic and fully bio-degradable.

How to heat your Poco Culina Delivery

Borlotti Beans
Heat for 20 minutes in their foil boxes at around 200 degrees or until hot through.
Keep the lid ON.

Sebzeli Köfte in tomato and red pepper sauce and Kabakli As
Heat for 15-20 minutes in its foil box at around 200 degrees or until hot through.
Keep the lid ON.

Food will need to be removed from the foil containers if you wish to use a microwave.

Kaytaz Böregi and Kabak Mücveri
Warm in the oven for 5-10 minutes in the container with the lid ON.
