Poco Culina will bring all the necessary equipment for the demonstration, suitable for any household room or even the garden.

We will need utilise your normal household hob and oven for preparing the supper.

The cooking demonstration can be conducted at your kitchen/dining room table, which will be covered for the event.

For business – we will create a demonstration around the room and facilities you have available.

The cooking party lasts approximately 2 hours. This can be tailored to 1 hour for business clients if required.

Cooking Demonstration
Andy, the Owner and Head Chef of Poco Culina, will lead the cookery demonstration.

Guests will learn professional cooking techniques, menu planning, secrets of Eastern flavours and nutritional balance.

The demonstration will include cooking and seasoning techniques, ingredient recommendations and Q&A sessions.

Each guest will receive a recipe card pack summarizing the demonstration.

Following the demonstration, at home guests will enjoy a hand-prepared Poco Culina mezze-style supper. For business events – we will usually provide a selection of tasters.

"Last weekend Andy prepared a middle eastern dinner for a group of six friends.

We all thought the dishes were tasty, plentiful and beautifully presented - with a variety of hot dishes, salads, pastries and dips.

One member of our group is coeliac and Andy made sure all ingredients were gluten-free, including the best cake I've ever tasted made with pistachio, almond, carrot and rose water cream dessert!".
