Headed by owner and head chef, Andy Tibbs, we conjure magical, Mediterranean and Eastern influenced foods that are everyone-friendly. We are innovative, ethical, entirely plant-based food delivery and catering specialists. Our food is nutritionally balanced, mostly gluten-free naturally and alive with colour, taste and fabulous combinations of vegetables, beans, spices, nuts, fruits, grains and herbs. Thrilling and surprising customers with Eastern inspired food they may not have experienced before is our passion. Allergen catering is a particular speciality.

Poco Culina food is organic, sustainable and responsibly sourced whenever possible, of a premium quality and presented to the highest standards. Everything (with the exception of very specialist pastry sheets) are made and prepared by hand in our kitchen.
Our foods are very low in salt and saturated fats and are entirely free of artificial colours, preservatives, unrefined sugar and cheap, unsustainable ‘filler’ ingredients such as palm oil, bleached flours and emulsifiers. Yet with absolutely no comprise in satisfying taste and flavour.
Poco Culina food is always entirely plant-based – therefore vegan and vegetarian friendly. Many dishes are gluten-free and those that aren’t can be provided as gluten-free alternatives. Other allergies may also be catered for as required. All dishes are dairy-free, egg-free but will contain various nuts.
