Taameya – Egyptian fava bean fritters with leeks, onions, fresh coriander, parsley, and cumin and coated with sesame seeds – contains Sesame

 

Hot Meze:

Moroccan cauliflower and black olive tagine – with carrot, tomatoes, dried spices and fresh herbs

Egyptian red lentils with sweet potato – red lentils, sweet potatoes, cumin, tomato, garlic, vegetable stock and parsley

Algerian vegetable couscous – with carrot, courgette, pepper and raisins – contains wheat gluten (G/F variation available with quinoa)

Salads:

Sharmoula with peppers, sun-dried tomato, cucumber, leaves, lemon and mint

Apricot and beetroot salad with leaves and walnuts – contains nuts and sulphites

 

Dips:

Zough a spicy, fresh herb and garlic dip

Harissa and butter bean – contains sesame

 

 

All selections are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Aluminium foil is recyclable, all other packaging is made from plants not plastic and fully bio-degradable.

How to heat your Poco Culina Delivery

Moroccan cauliflower and black olive tagine / Egyptian red lentils with sweet potato
Heat for 20-25 minutes in their foil boxes at around 200 degrees or until hot through.
Keep the lid ON.

Algerian vegetable couscous
Heat for 15-20 minutes in its foil box at around 200 degrees or until hot through.
Keep the lid ON.

Food will need to be removed from the foil containers if you wish to use a microwave.

Briouat / Taameya
Warm in the oven for 5-10 minutes in the container with the lid ON.
