Sadly, nowadays it is increasingly common for people to make bookings and then not attend. By which time their seat would have been allocated and food prepared for them. We are therefore making this a pre-booked event and requesting full payment on booking. However, for cancellations received by 9.00am on Thursday 25 September 2025 we will issue a full refund. After that time no refund can be offered.
